TIME FOR YOU QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS

HOURLY RATE

For just £9.00ph you can have the same vetted mature cleaner visit your home on the same day/days each week.

1. What happens if my cleaner goes on holiday or is off sick?

A. If your cleaner can not work for any reason He/She will try and arrange cover on an alternative day that suits you.
B.You may call the office and request a replacement cleaner yourself if she is unable to do this.

2. What if my cleaning day falls on a Bank Holiday?

A. If your normal cleaning day falls on a Bank Holiday or Christmas time then normally an alternative day is arranged between you and your cleaner.
B. Please inform the office in good time if you need a replacement cleaner during Bank holiday periods.

3. When do I get a refund of the Business Insurance fee?

A. When the business fails to provide a clean within (3) working days of your normal due day.
B. Please be aware if you decline a replacement cleaner then we cannot offer you a refund.

4. What if I am not pleased with my cleaner’s standard of work?
A. Our standards are high, be sure to fully brief your cleaner with your requirements.
B. If the problem persists we will replace the cleaner.

5. How do I increase my hours?
A. If you want to increase your hours then please contact the office to inform us. This is very important and there are insurance implications should you not do so.
You will need to increase your standing order directly with your bank as we have no jurisdiction to do so.


CLEANING MATERIALS

Please keep your cleaning materials topped up and cleaning tools like your vacuum cleaner in working order.


Please remember we are a Cleaning Business and you cannot employ your cleaner on a private basis as per your contract.



Re-active Service

Because we are a re-active service, we do not call clients on a regular basis. If you experience any problems, we are open 5 days a week Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

We also pick up messages after hours and deal with them the following morning.
