Kathy in her previous professions, realised that juggling her family together with a job meant she needed help to lighten her load. She called in various cleaning companies with whom she felt there wasn't a sufficient quality of service - she decided to join Time For You (which is a National Franchise) as she felt that this was a format that she could relate to - ie. the type of service that she herself would have been happy to use.
